Oh, California

These photos, taken after I returned to California in 2023, capture my attempts to reconnect with the land. I wandered from quick escapes like Half Moon Bay to longer drives through the Redwoods, always carrying my camera. Looking back, photojournaling became a way of grounding myself—fog, tides, and earth cleansing and steadying me as I learned to belong here again.
